Where we ship

We currently ship to the following countries only:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Orders to countries outside the list above cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded.

Free shipping

All orders ship free, with no minimum order value. No surcharges at checkout.

Processing time (handling)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed before 14:00 PST (Los Angeles time) on a business day enter same-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times (transit)

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–14 business days to all destinations. Total order-to-delivery: 8–17 business days. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, customs or external events can affect them. Tracking is included on all orders.

Customs, duties and import taxes

The recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes and local customs fees. These are determined by your country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, email info@sophiemarietoronto.com or call +1 302-219-2785.

Wrong address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
