Article 2 - Products
We aim to describe our products clearly and accurately. Product images, colors, sizing, and descriptions are provided to help customers make informed decisions. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing differences, or product updates.
Article 3 - Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless another presentment currency is shown during checkout. Local taxes, import duties, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Article 4 - Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, the address is outside our supported shipping destinations, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent.
Article 5 - Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and supported payment providers. We accept major payment methods shown at checkout, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa where available.
Article 6 - Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7-14 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 8-17 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Article 7 - Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Customers may return eligible defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items in original condition, subject to availability. See our Return Policy for full details.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or another appropriate solution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skiepa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
