Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada only, to all provinces and territories.
Orders with a shipping address outside Canada cannot be fulfilled and may be cancelled and refunded.
Free shipping
All orders ship free, with no minimum order value. Tracking is included on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, after payment is received. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day enter same-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Transit time
Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7-14 business days, Monday to Friday, anywhere in Canada.
Total delivery time
Total estimated delivery time is 8-17 business days, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other external events.
Track your order
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Keep your order number at hand if you contact us about a shipment.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Orders are shipped to Canada from outside the country. The recipient may be responsible for import duties, GST/HST, or customs handling fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are set by the Canadian authorities, are collected on delivery, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Wrong address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking has not updated for 10 or more business days, contact us at info@sophiemarietoronto.com. We will work with the carrier to review the shipment and help find a solution.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
