Refund Policy
30-day returns
We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. This applies to all orders delivered in Canada.
How to return
- Email info@sophiemarietoronto.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
What can be returned
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Items with tags attached, where applicable
- Items in their original packaging, where applicable
What cannot be returned
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible unworn, unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at info@sophiemarietoronto.com with your order number and the item or size you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. We do not include prepaid return labels for standard returns. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@sophiemarietoronto.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or another appropriate solution at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
