Refund policy

30-day returns

You may return unworn, unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. This applies to all destinations we serve (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand).

How to return

  1. Email info@sophiemarietoronto.com or call +1 302-219-2785 with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the items in their original packaging where possible.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

What can be returned

  • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached
  • Items in their original packaging where applicable

What cannot be returned

  • Underwear and swimwear (hygiene)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. There is no restocking fee. For defective/wrong items we arrange a prepaid label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
